Anker SOLIX Smart Generator 5500 (Tri-Fuel)
Description
Anker SOLIX Smart Generator 5500 is Anker's own purpose-built generator, made to team up with your F-series power stations (F3000, F3800, F3800 Plus) for longer runtime during extended outages. Instead of just running as a standalone generator, it connects through AC and handles smart auto start/stop on its own — so it fires up when your battery needs a top-off and shuts down when it doesn't, saving fuel and cutting down on the guesswork.
Compatibility rolls out in phases depending on your setup. Paired with F3000, you get 120V/3,600W pass-through power starting February 2026. With F3800, Phase 1 (April 2026) gives you 120V/1,800W pass-through, and Phase 2 (Q4 2026) steps up to 120V/1,800W input while F3800 outputs a full 240V/6,000W to your home. F3800 Plus gets pass-through power earliest, in February 2026, with AC charging cable and generator adapter options landing Q4 2026 for faster charging and higher output. Add a Home Power Panel and a single unit can power your whole home at 240V/6,000W — go parallel with multiple units and HPP, and that climbs to 240V/12,000W.
One thing worth knowing: Smart Generator 5500 can't plug directly into the DC port on F3800 Plus or F3000 — its output voltage is too high for those low-voltage systems. It can still control their auto start/stop function, though, so you're not losing that efficiency benefit. And if you're already running an F3800, F3800 Plus, or F3000 and thinking about adding Anker's E10 whole-home system down the road, good news — those units can charge the E10 through its AC charging port, so nothing you've already bought goes to waste.
