1Pick your appliances
Tap anything you'd want on during an outage. Wattages sit on the high side of typical so the estimate leans safe. Edit them in step 2 if you know your numbers.
2How long does each one run?
Hours per day. Fridges and freezers cycle on and off, so their wattage is an all-day average. Air conditioners are counted as running the whole time they're on, no cycling credit.
3How many days without power?
